The perfect honeymoon destination

Hi dearest reader,

It’s february and there is nothing more exciting than picking a destination for the summer vacay.
This time it’s even more special, because it will be our honeymoon.
Oh yes, THE wedding is coming closer.
5 months till the big day.

Where will we drinking a cocktail this summer?

It was a hard decision to choose the perfect honeymoon destination.
Ofcourse we have a budget, certainly after the wedding itself.
One thing was really a condition: it needs to be warm and i want to see palmtrees.

Ofcourse there are a lot of options in Europe, but as big USA lovers we’ve chosen an American state.
We are going to:

Florida & the Bahama’s

Yay, this trip is on top of my bucketlist.
I’m obsessed with the States for a long time now and i love to go once in a while.
Luckily Jacco likes the USA too and is also excited about this.
We can’t wait to go there,
It’s going to be an epic summer..
i can feel it already!!

Allright what’s the plan?
First we’re flying from Amsterdam to Boston, from Boston to Orlando.
We’re staying for four nights at the Comfort Inn hotel.
I’m determined to visit at least one entertainment parc.
Ofcourse we will schedule some time for shopping at the large outlet shopping centers.

After Orlando we will heading to St. Pete Beach,
is didn’t know this place but our travel agent recommended this place.
We will be there for 3 nights.

Our third destination will be Bonita Springs,
we’re going to chill at the Trianon Bonita Bay hotel.

And after Bonita, 4 dans of Miami it is.
People say it’s the place to be,
well i’m thrilled to explore this place with the hubby.

A lot of Florida lovers told me:
“you can’t leave Florida, without seeing the Keys“.
So 3 days at Key Largo is planned.
We’re staying at a Hilton resort,
so i guess honeymooning to the max!!

Before we’re heading to the Bahama’s,
we will stay for one night in Miami again.

I guess then it’s August and we will go for 3 nights to the Bahama’s.
It’s just one hour by plane from Miami.
I’ve steen several pictures from the Bahamas and
i think it is a perfect honeymoon destination.
Beaches, palmtrees, cocktails and a little bit of Hilton luxury.

Then it’s time to go home,
but not before we drink a last cocktail in Miami.
So one more night in Miami it is.

If everything will go according to plan,
we’ll be back at the 11th of August.

Well that doesn’t sounds terrible, right!!
I can’t wait……
