Hi lovely reader, This is an other post then u used to, i guess. The past few weeks a couple of things has changed in my life. Ofcourse i want to share these facts with you :). All of these things has a huge impact in my life…… 1. I have a new job. Yay, i’m so freakin’ happy with this. I wanted a new job for a while! A new location, new people and a new target group. I wasn’t really happy anymore with the work i was doing. Ofcourse i’ve had a lot of fun and the class i’m mentoring is fantastic. Altough i felt i needed to change, i want to develop myself even more. As a teacher it is a great value to switch often. My new job is in in the same city as i work now. I won’t be teaching only communication and social skills, but also Dutch, English (yay i need to improve my English) and Geography. Adoption, 25 years later

Dear reader, Today it’s 25 years ago i arrived in the Netherlands. Not by choice, but as chosen one. Adoption: There are written a lot of books about it, but what’s exactly my story? I’m not sure how many of you know the fact i’ve been adopted. Adoption, 25 years later. August 18, 1990 my parents went to Colombia. After a trip of 24hrs? They arrived at Bogota and flew right away to Bucaramanga. The place of the orphan house (and my place of birth) where we were waiting for our new future. I was 1,5 years old and i’ve been adopted with my brother and sister. Yes they are my real brother and sister. We don’t look a like, but we’ve got the same genes and smile. I think that’s the most precious thing i could ask for, being adopted and have my biological sister and brother with me. If it’s possible ofcourse, in several cases they are seperated and don’t know where they are. Hi lovely reader, YAY, it’smy blog anniversary..it’s 1 year old now!! I hope you like my blog as much as i do. First it was Centurylifesyle.org and now just my name. I can’t believe i am blogging now for a year. To celebrate this fact, There will be three giveaway posts at my blog this week. Yeah 3, even wednesday. How was your weekend? My weekend was fine, im counting down the days. it’s now four days till London :). First i want to tell you something about the shoot below. I was pretty sure, everything was perfect. As a perfectionist, perfect is the standard. We were almost done shooting and then i saw the pictures.. i was totally forgotten to switch my bag! Oh my i was in shock for a sec, because there was no time left to do it all over again. So i needed to accept it and we’ve shot some pictures in a hurry with the bag in the right direction ;).
