3 things to celebrate

Hi lovely reader,

This is an other post then u used to, i guess.
The past few weeks a couple of things has changed in my life.
Ofcourse i want to share these facts with you :).
All of these things has a huge impact in my life……

1. I have a new job.
Yay, i’m so freakin’ happy with this.
I wanted a new job for a while!
A new location, new people and a new target group.
I wasn’t really happy anymore with the work i was doing.
Ofcourse i’ve had a lot of fun and the class i’m mentoring is fantastic.
Altough i felt i needed to change, i want to develop myself even more.
As a teacher it is a great value to switch often.
My new job is in in the same city as i work now.
I won’t be teaching only communication and social skills,
but also Dutch, English (yay i need to improve my English) and Geography.
My target group will be children between 11 and 14,
so an age group below the group which im teaching now.
I’m really excited about it,
first i will finish my current job and
after Christmas i will officially start at my new job.
To celebrate this fact,
i made a bear cake and cupcakes hihi.
Countdown: 2 months left…..

2. I found my dress!
Yay i’m so excited about this.
In my vacation i went with my mom, sister and bestie Kim to a bridal shop.
Unfortunately my future mother in law was sick, so she couldn’t come with me.
And besides that, it was just for inspiration, i thought.
It was such a wonderful experience and above all my expectations…
i said yes to the dress!!
Sadly i can’t (and won’t) share the dress with you hihi,
but i can say: it’s soooooooooo fabulous!
I want to wear this dress every day.
I’m head over heels with this fine piece of art.
Ofcourse i’m really curious what kind of dress you think i’ve chosen?

3. Dublin, here i come…
When Jacco proposed to me,
i said allright we can’t travel that often this year.
A wedding is a very expensive thing and we need to save every “penny” for this.
But as a wanderluster i can’t stay in one place without feeling empty.
I can’t explain what kind of urge it is to feel the need to travel,
but i want to visit as many places as i can in my life.
One thing i do when i feel this urge,
i’m going to browse trough travel websites.
Picking out different vacations, just for fun.
But, when i saw Ryanair was planning to start flights from Amsterdam..
i was very curious if it was affordable too.
And just to promote this transition,
they decided to start with Dublin with great prices.
I’ve never been to Ireland, so i’m really thrilled about this.
We’re leaving at December 20 and will be home in time for Christmas.

Well, a lot of great things are happening, right?..3 things to celebrate!
Sometimes i need to pinch myself and ask myself why i’m so lucky and why i deserved this.
Ofcourse i did a lot to achieve some changes in my life.
Like a new job,
this process was very overwhelming and i’ve put a lot of afford in this.
So, it’s not a fairytale or a poem:
if you want something so badly, just go for it!!
