Preparing for my summer vacation with Delsey

Hi lovely reader,

It’s wednesday and yes there is a post online.
This time an extra post: preparing for my summer vacation with Delsey.
Normally i post two times a week,
because i’m too busy to post even more in a week.
I love to blog and ofcourse i want to post more than i do now.
But i need to find a balance between my work as a teacher and being a blogger.
This is even harder nowadays, because my students also have noticed i’m a blogger.
Ofcourse it’s an advantage being a blogger AND a teacher.
Most of them like to have a blogging teacher,
but a few don’t and it’s not always easy to cope with that.
Sometimes they won’t taking me serious and trying to make fun of me,
but luckily i can handle the situation by being professional and interact with them.

Of course there are so many great parts of being a teacher and a blogger,
like the tremendous days of vacation in a year.
Being a teacher in the Netherlands isn’t that bad.
I guess we’ve got round 13 weeks in a year,
so the conclusion is 90 days (in a year of 365).
Not bad, not bad at all.

And what i like to do, when i have a vacay,
is visiting a city or going for a holiday.
Work hard, play hard is absolutely one of my life sentence ;).
My last citytrip was in my own country, Eindhoven.
Just having some quality time with Jacco.
He isn’t a teacher, so he hasn’t a lot of day offs.

When i’m travelling, i prefer to carry a suitcase with me
which is practical.
Obviously i also want my suitcase to be trendy as well.
And those two ingredients are the perfect definition for Delsey.
The DELSEY brand was founded in 1946 in Paris (first camera and photo equipment).
Later in the 70’s Delsey took its place in the world of luggage.
At their website you can find different kind of suitcases
that matches your wishes and style.
As a colorful style blogger i desire colorful or edgy things.
That’s why i chose the Flaneur Custo trolley case (77cm, i’m a large packer).
Which you can customize it in your own way.
You’ll receive the trolley with a sticker kit consisting of four designs.
I picked the pink sticker,
but you can change it whenever you want it.
Sounds cool, right?
Well, it is..
it’s not that heavy and it has 4 wheels!
Which is really a relieve (my other suitcase only got two).

Maybe you find the 77cm too big,
the Delsey Flaneur Custo is also in a 67cm and 55cm (perfect as handluggage).
