Hi dearest reader,
Comfy and casual with Seraphine maternity.
Have you heard of Seraphine before?
Serpahine is founded in 2002 by Cecile Reinaud.
With her vision to revolutionise the maternity wear industry.
Born in Paris and living in London since her University days,
she set out to create fashionable clothes that you would
want to wear even if you weren’t pregnant.
Since 2002 a lot has changed.
The website serves over 30 countries and Seraphine maternity clothes
are distributed in stockists all over the world. Including Peter Jones and
John Lewis in the UK, Galeries Lafayette in France and A Pea in the Pod in the US.
In spring 2012 they’ve launched their Seraphine Luxe line,
providing women with a wider choice of luxurious maternity occasion wear,
as well as offering bespoke design services for exclusive international clientele.
Seraphine has already dressed a lot of celebrity bumps!
My choice to collaborate with Seraphine was of their diversity of styles.
If you want to create a comfy or fancy look (or both at the same time),
they have the items for you.
Because my size is changing,
there are just a few clothes left that fit.
I bought a bunch of maternity clothes,
but not everything is really flattering or
i don’t feel very comfortable in it anymore.
That’s one of the reasons i’ve chosen for ‘the bump kit‘.
The bump kit contains all the basics you definitely need
(even when you’re not pregnant).
You can choose between 4 kits.
I’ve chosen the London kit,
because of the pencil skirt and the longsleeve dress.
I’ve got a bunch of dresses with a short sleeve or sleeveless,
but fall is coming it is very convenient to have long sleeves :).
Besides that, summer isn’t over yet,
so i added also these items to my maternity wardrobe.
1. The python ballet pumps. So comfy!
2. Pink maxi dress. Of course i’ve added a bit color as well!
The outfit below contains the London bump kit (legging and top)
combined with the python pumps.
I’ve styled it with my husbands checked blouse
and my latest bag addition:preloved Prada bag
(which i am going to use as a diaper bag).
That’s it for now,
you’ll see the other Seraphine items passing the blog very soon.
Have a nice weekend y’all!
