Dearest reader…
What are my personal and professional goals in life?,
what an intriguing question isn’t it?.
I was challenged by Kabbage.comto answer this question. Kabbage is a small business lones provider.
It isn’t i never thought about this question, but i rather set goals for a week or a month.
Anyway, i guess it’s all about to make them concrete.
Here are my 5 goals (personal/professional) in life:
1. Be realistic and do only things that makes me happy.
I’m done with the period i am always worrying about others and set my personal needs second place and pleasing everyone.
It’s really complicated to change this mindset, but i am getting there.
I am only responsible for my own happiness & health.
Maybe it sounds surrealistic, but i will find my balance in life.
2. Be more outspoken (emotionally).
The people around me know i love to talk, but when it comes to my feelings it’s a bit harder to speak out what i am feeling at the moment.
I am convinced it’s functional for me in certain situations to just shut my mouth, but sometimes i want to say what’s up on my mind.
3. Set goals to give me long-term vision and short-term motivation.
I guess this is maybe the hardest goal for me, to set goals. Which way do i want to go and what do i need for it.
Especially when it comes to my professional development.
At the moment i am examine the options i have.
As a young teacher i am feeling still vulnerable which way to go.
A relative asked me lately if i wanted to teach all of my life, i really didn’t knew the answer.
I like it for now, but i don’t no what will happen in 10 years.
4. Improve my blogging skills.
As a beginner it isn’t the moment to be stubborn.
The key to succes is for me to listen, watch and ask other bloggers.
I am satisfied with my growth since february and i am determined to keep on going.
For me is the most important thing (and measurement) i like to do it and my loved ones still supporting me.
Without their support this blog can’t exist anymore.
5. Travel more.
It’s a luxury position i can travel often.
As a teacher i have a lot of holidays over the year.
It has been always a desire to see the treasures of the world.
Wanderlust is definitely a perfect word for my urge to travel.
Now i am wondering what is your major/primar goal in life?
It’s a good thing to think about this, so you will keep motivated and can asked yourself : what’s the reason i started?
Geweldig π

goal no.1 definitely is on my list too.
But my main goal is to do what I love, and not having the feeling that I missed something by the time I will be 50. Cause than it will be too late

Thanks Sandra! xx
I love it when people have their goals in life!
Thanks you, Gail! π i’m curious what your goals are in life ;)! x
I’ll be there π
