Loopgiveaways, how effective are those for your Insta account? A while ago i recieved several invites for a loop giveaway. For those who don’t know what this is: a giveaway organised by (Insta)bloggers. If you participate as a blogger your part of a sort of “chain reaction”. When i was young this was ‘a thing’ (Dutch: kettingbrief) on paper, i wrote a letter to someone and the other one needed to write something to someone else and so long. Now it’s a trend online where you share a box full of goodies for your (future) followers. The only thing they need to do is follow the instructions and violá they are having a chance to win this goodybag! Why is this so popular amongst bloggers right now? The first results showing you will reach more people and will gain more followers. Then again of course to get this attention, most loopgiveaways aren’t for free. As a blogger you need to pay for joining this group. It depends on what kind of goodybag it is and how many bloggers are participating. So you pay, you post and wait….that’s it.
