Hi sweethearts,
It’s a…. tiny miracle!
Yes, yes.. if you haven’t seen my vlog you might have missed the gender reveal party!
First of all i didn’t wanted to know the gender in the first place,
but Jacco wanted to and honestly when i bought a gift for my future nephew,
it was hard to find something ‘neutral‘.
So only for shopping it is definitely better to know the gender ;).
And gosh how curious i became at the end of the first trimester.
I always said i will (if i’m blessed to have kids) have boys.
When i was younger i was such a tomboy
and i thought i could always communicate with boys better.
Well, i scheduled the ultrasound at 16 weeks of pregnancy.
I was pretty sure #ourlittebabej would expose his/herself,
just like the ultrasounds at week 7 and week 11.
And oh he/she did!
After 2 minutes she said: oh i can see it already!
‘It’ lies perfect for the ultrasound (just like i expected hihi).
Jacco and i were absolutely sure it would be a boy,
i mean if you could see it that fast.
But just to be sure she said, she wanted to look further
although she was quite certain.
And she said again: “yes, i’m positive“.
Congratulations you’ll having a daughter!
Oh my i can say we were in shock for a while.
I know it’s like 50% chance you will guess the gender of the child,
but i had a slightly feeling it was a boy hihi.
Anyway it’s not a surprise i’m very happy with the fact it’s a girl as well.
I hope i can control myself while shopping ;).
Now first things first, a baby girl name.
We’ve had a boy name already,
but a girl name is so hard!
At the moment we have a small list with names,
but we haven’t chosen one in particular.
So if you have any suggestions… let me know!
Well, luckily there are more than 20 weeks left.
Happy weekend!
