A day at Atlantis the Palm, Dubai…
It has been a long time ago i published a post at my blog.
My socials are my main priority at the moment (besides my family of course),
but for this item i make an exception.
As you might have seen at my Instagram,
my family and i went to Dubai for the Holidays!
Oh my what an amazing city it is,
it’s so diverse and i think there is for everyone a lot of entertainment.
If you need some vitamin D or Sea,
you can pick one of the gorgeous beaches.
If you want to get rid of your money,
there are a lot of shopping malls in the area to spend a whole day.
Besides shopping there is also a fabulous hotel with a waterpark and aquarium.
If you’ve ever been to Dubai, you might know where i’m talking about:
I’ve seen this resort at Instagram and heard about it.
I was intrigued by the facilities and the fabulous locations.
Luckily i could visit the resort with my family,
i got an intinirary to spend a whole day at Atlantis.
I was so excited to visit the magical world of the Palm!
I needed to prepare my outfits/looks for that day and i was a bit tensed,
because i didn’t know if my dress would arrive on time.
Fortunately it did ?? (not all my items arrived on time though,
but this one in particular was quite important to me).
Well, there are more disasters in life.
After i scheduled everything for the trip and specific for this day,
i was so ready to create content.
We went on Sunday to the hotel, but oh my the start was horrible.
There was a miscommunication about the start of the tour,
so i didn’t managed to get on time.
I was really disappointed, because something like that never happends to me.
Anyway, we went straight to the waterpark, Aquaventure, what an amazing place!
I really loved the way how it was decorated and how clean it was.
With a toddler it’s a bit difficult to experience all the attractions,
but there is a lot of things to do!
We had lunch at Barracuda’s,
it’s a foodcourt where you can choose a lot of different kind of food.
So you foodies can choose whatever you want!
We took a burger meal (Kendra loves french fries) and ordered extra water,
water is absolutely a musthave with a baby.
The meals were delicious and we had enough energy to enjoy the afternoon in the park.
We stayed at the kids area (splashers) for Kendra and that is so cool!
It has several facilities for the little ones.
What some people don’t know, Aquaventure has a beach nearby with the best view of Dubai! I fell in love with that place.
After our relaxing day at the waterpark, we visited the Lost Chambers.
It’s a huge aquarium inside the hotel, how awesome is that!
There are several aquariums inside and i can say it’s “content heaven”,
you can shot your Insta-worthy photo’s ❤️!
Impression:
So if you want to visit Atlantis,
it’s definitely a must-see to go to the Lost Chambers and Aquaventure water park.
My family and i had a blast and if i return to Dubai i definitely will visit Atlantis the Palm Dubai again…
